Fort Langley BC's birthplace, Old Town Fort Langley, known as a vintage village, Fort Langley National Historic Site

Fort Langley

Fort Langley was established by the Hudson's Bay Company in 1827 to promote fur trade with the Canadian First Nations. Established near the Fraser River, with its abundant indigenous labor force, fertile soil, and abundant salmon, it actively engaged in salmon and cranberry trade in addition to the fur export market. Additionally, upon discovering that a large amount of gold was deposited in the river, people from all over the world flocked to the city, allowing it to grow into a more prosperous city. Therefore, this place became the current province of BC, and has been designated and preserved as a national historic site. Currently, as it is a place where many movie shootings and local festivals are held, there are many famous antique prop shops, clothing stores, brunch restaurants, bookstores, cafes, chocolate shops, and ice cream shops.

Vancouver The most livable city in the world

Vancouver

Vancouver, located in southwestern British Columbia, Canada, is the third largest city in Canada after Toronto and Montreal, and the most beautiful city in Canada with its warm climate and beautiful scenery. It is also the second most populous city in the Pacific Northwest after Seattle, Washington.

Queen Elizabeth Park Prominent and beautifully landscaped park situated on Little Mountain, the highest point in Vancouver.

130-acre municipal park that stands as one of the city's most beloved green spaces. Located on Little Mountain, it is the highest point in Vancouver, providing sweeping views of the city and surrounding areas.

Vancouver Chinatown

It is the third largest Chinatown in North America after San Francisco and New York, and the largest in Canada. 'Junghwamun', decorated with colorful red patterns, is the symbol of Chinatown.

Gastown Folk Village in Vancouver

Gastown

Lively Gastown is known for its whistling Steam Clock and mix of souvenir shops, indie art galleries and decor stores in Victorian buildings. A trendy food and drink scene includes chic cocktail lounges and restaurants serving everything from gourmet sandwiches to local seafood. Hip eateries also dot the neighboring Downtown Eastside area, while the up-and-coming Railtown district is home to edgy fashion studios.

Canada Place Built to look like a ship, this iconic complex houses a convention centre, hotel & ferry terminal.

Canada Place

This majestic sailboat-shaped building has become a symbol of Vancouver since it was built for the 1986 Expo. On a sunny day, it is also famous as a point where you can enjoy the beautiful panoramic scenery of Burrard Bay, Stanley Park, and the entire North Vancouver area across the sea, and on the bow, there is a signpost with the names and streets of 26 major cities around the world engraved on it. There is a pier on both sides of the building where luxury cruise ships bound for Alaska dock, so you can see huge cruise ships coming and going in the morning and evening.

Stanley Park Vancouver's largest urban park that has beaches, trails, plus a seawall.

Stanley Park

Officially opened in 1888, the British government, which ruled Canada, permanently leased this land, originally owned by Indigenous peoples, to establish it as a park. Named after Lord Stanley, the Governor-General of Canada at the time, the park spans an area of 4 million square meters and provides a beautiful sanctuary with lush virgin forests, large and small gardens, lawns, and beaches. It has now become one of the world's most famous landmarks and a symbol of Vancouver.

English Bay

The Guardian, a famous British daily newspaper, selected English Bay as one of the ‘50 most beautiful beaches in the world’ and ‘the second most beautiful city beach.’ Walking along the Seawall from Stanley Park to English Bay, you can see families enjoying leisure time and handsome men and women playing sports against the backdrop of the sunset sea.

Robson St Canada's best shopping districts

Robson Street is filled with famous designer stores and trendy boutiques. Robson Street, a three-block stretch between Burrard Street and Jervis Street, is home to the latest couture styles and brand stores, including Armani and Louis Vuitton. Named for John Robson, who served as Prime Minister of British Columbia from 1889 to 1892, this street was the center of Vancouver's German culture and commerce after World War II, and local residents, many of whom were German immigrants, called it 'Robson'. It was called ‘Robsonstrasse’. The name survives on the famous Robsonstrasse Hotel on Robson Street.

Lynn Canyon Twilight movie filming locations

At Lynn Canyon, you can experience the thrill of crossing the bridge that connects the canyon. This place is also great for forest bathing. If you go deep into the forest, tall trees are growing densely. Enjoy forest bathing while listening only to the sounds of birds and footsteps along a quiet forest path.

[Optional] Grouse Mountain Skyride Price : C$80.00 (Excluding tax)

Grouse Mountain is where Canada's first ski club, The Tyee Ski Club, was born in 1929. Afterwards, many ski events and ski racing were held here, and on December 1, 1949, the world's first wooden double chair lift was built, allowing many travelers and skiers to easily climb to the top of the mountain. With the opening of the cable car "Sky Ride" to Grouse Mountain in the early 1970s, it became a symbol of Grouse Mountain and a famous tourist attraction, and began to become a good date spot for couples.
