Unless otherwise advised, guide/driver tips and optional activity fees must be paid in cash in local currency on site. If an optional activity must be reserved in advance, you must apply before departure; if participation is not possible on site, we may not be able to assist. Child car seats are not provided, and even if you bring your own, usage may not be possible. If you will bring more than one suitcase per person, you must inform us in advance. Depending on the number of participants, the vehicle, guide, and meeting time may change; you must maintain a reliable method of contact until the tour date. If you are traveling from Korea, mobile roaming is recommended. Travel insurance is optional and must be purchased separately if desired. Please refrain from leaving the group and follow basic etiquette. Please do not make personal requests to, or use inappropriate language toward, the guide or staff. You are responsible for safeguarding valuables and cash; we are not responsible for loss of valuables and assistance may be limited. The itinerary may be changed or partially cancelled without prior notice due to personal negligence, acts of God, force majeure, local conditions, road closures, natural disasters, vehicle breakdown, or theft; we shall not be liable for any resulting losses in accordance with common industry practice. When staying at hotels, smoking is strictly prohibited inside all hotel buildings, and excessive drinking should be avoided. If hotel property is damaged, noise complaints are made, or smoking is detected, the hotel may impose a penalty fee of 1,000 or more in local currency, and you are responsible for such charges. Depending on room availability, a twin room may be assigned as a king-size bed room with one bed. Hotel rooms generally provide two beds; for example, four guests in a quad room will share two beds. 캐나다 서부쪽 레이크 루이스 등 자연 경관을 직접 보고 싶은 소망을 안고, 이번 연휴를 기회로 삼아 오케이 투어를 신청하게 되었습니다. 투어동안 버스 안에서 계속 이동하고, 여러 장소를 들러야할 일이 많았는데 가이드 보스님이 틈틈이 재미있는 에피소드를 들려주시고, 앞으로의 일정과 화장실 등 관련 정보에 대해 친절하고 자세한 설명을 해주신 덕분에 ‘아는 것만큼 보인다’라는 말이 실감날 정도로 알차게 다녀온 것 같습니다. 여러가지 호수를 보면서 햇빛에 비춰짐에 따라 각각 오묘히 다른 풍경이 와닿았고, 제 픽 호수 스팟은 페이토 호수인데 위에서 누가 에메랄드 색깔의 물감을 딱 뿌린 것처럼 비현실적으로 느껴지는 경치를 사진에 못 담기는게 아쉬울 정도로 너무 예뻐서 기억에 남을 것 같습니다. 마지막으로 열정적인 가이드 보스님과 함께 캡틴 데이버님도 투어내내 안전히 운전을 잘 해주신 덕분에멀미 안하고, 편하게 다녀올 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 만약 제 지인들이 밴프 투어를 찾는다면 오케이 투어를 추천해주고 싶을 정도로 알찼습니다^^

이번 캐나다 로키 국립공원 투어를 오케이 투어와 함께 한 것은 신의 한 수였다고 상각합니다. 덕분에 재스퍼국립공원, 밴프국립공원, 요호 국립공원의 주요 봉우리들과 캐나다 로키의 최고봉인 마운트 랍슨, 그리고 레이크 루이스, 모레인 레이크, 투 잭 레이크 등 멋진 호수들을 유감없이 볼 수 있었습니다! 특히 2,500km나 되는 먼 길을 장시간 차를 타고 이동해야 하는 투어의 특성상 무엇보다 차량이 중요한데 신형의 대형버스를 준비하고 Lam기사님의 완벽한 안전운전으로 다닐 수 있어 최고의 여행이 될 수 있었습니다. 밴프에 숙소를 정해서 멋진 밴프에서 하룻밤을 지낼 수 있게 해준 것도 고마운 일이고요! 곤돌라로 설퍼산에 올라 사방을 둘러 보는 순간 우리가 어디서 묵었는지를 확인할 수 있었지요! 바로 낙원에서 하룻밤을 보냈다를 것을~ 또 한 가지 쉽지 않은 게 산속을 다니다 보면 식사 문제를 해결하는 일인데 중간 중간 한식당과 중식, 그리고 캐나다 스테이크 등으로 식당을 잘 선정해주어서 먹는 즐거움도 함께 누릴 수 있는 여행이었구요! 이런 모든 요소들을 무리 없이 최선으로 즐길 수있없던 것은 여행의 총감독인 가이드 덕택이겠지요! 우리 팀의 가이드 Laura님을 칭친하지 않을 수 없군요! 로키뿐만 아니라 캐나다 사회, 음악, 영화 등 다방면에 걸친 해박한 지식을 해학과 달변으로 한시도 졸 수 없도록 해 주셔서, 로키 자연 투어뿐 아니라 캐나다 사회 문화 투어까지 겸한 느낌이었습니다. 로키 투어는 드라이브 하는 시간이 8-90%라 그 긴 시간 동안 여행객들이 지루하지 않게 하려면 가이드하기 정말 힘들듯한데, 우리 Laura가이드님은 정말 다양한 음악에 영화까지 동원해 가며 자비로 작은 상품까지 마련해서 게임도 하고 그 긴 시간을 어찌나 간장감 넘치게 끌어가는지 차안에서의 진행과 일정 운영, 숙소 배정 등등 모든 진행도 완벽해서 프로페셔날리즘의 정수를 보는 것같은 느낌이었습니다! 덕분에 정말 감성에 넘치는 멋진 로키 투어를 했네요! 로키의 멋진 경치보다도 로라 가이드님이 더 오래 기억에 남을 것같습니다!
