As a tour guide Laura is one of the best. She is able to make everyone feel like an individual while part of the group. Her bilingual skills are a gift and her encyclopedic knowledge and her presentation is informative and entertaining. Her ability to command, manage and present before a group makes her a candidate for any advancement.
I found Mr Wang an extremely competent driver as my ability to sleep while he drove is testimony. He always hit each point on time and as a person who uses a walker Mr Wang always had it deployed and waiting. Top notch customer service and a great member of the tour team.
